Dr. Tian holds a Ph.D in Economics from West Virginia University. He was a former Graduate Research Assistant at the Regional Research Institute, and he is now an Assistant Professor at the International School of Economics and Management in Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China. His research interests include industrial agglomeration, migration, spatial econometrics, and the input-output model. “It is very exciting to come back to the RRI one year after graduation.” Zheng said, “In fact, it’s just like I’ve never left here, and it’s really like coming back home. And I hope that I can do more interesting research with wonderful people at RRI.”
